The Seventeenth APT Standardization Program Forum (ASTAP-17) was held from 5 to 9 July, 2010 in Pattaya, Thailand.
 

The Forum established the new ASTAP Structure, its Working Groups and Expert Groups. With the establishment of the new structure for ASTAP, the office bearers for ASTAP and its working groups were elected at the Forum. The 2nd Industry Workshop was also held as part of the ASTAP Forum. 

The Forum also adopted the new ASTAP Working Methods. The ASTAP-17 also considered and decided the actions to be taken by ASTAP in line with Plan of Action of APT Ministerial Meeting held in 2009 at Bali, Indonesia.
