The 4th APT Cybersecurity Forum (CSF-4) was held from 3 to 5 December 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Forum was organized by the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity and hosted by the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia, Malaysia and the Malaysia Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

The objective of the forum was to bring together stakeholders responsible for cybersecurity systems in the Asia-Pacific region to enhance the regional collaborative efforts in combating cybercrime, enhancing cybersecurity, countering spam activities and other threats. Forum participants also shared information on practical experiences, knowledge, and expertise on cyber security including public awareness.
