The 6^th APT Workshop on Disaster Management/Communications (WDMC-6) which was held from 7 to 9 July 2015 in Nadi, Fiji. The Workshop will be organized by the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity and  hosted by the Ministry of Communications, Republic of Fiji and supported by the Ministry of Internal affairs and Communications (MIC), Government of Japan, and the Department of Communications (DoC), Australian Government.

The objective of the Workshop is to bring together stakeholders responsible for emergency communications and warning systems in the Asia-Pacific region to discuss the availability and use of such communications and systems for public protection and disaster relief.
