• Developing ASTAP Strategic Plan 2012-2014
• Monitoring and promoting the implementation of ASTAP Strategic Plan

Output/Deliverables: 

• Guideline (i.e. Implementation scheme including performance indicator, follow-up activities and survey form) for Working Groups and Expert Groups
• Report on the implementation status of ASTAP Strategic Plan for APT member’s review and monitoring
• ASTAP Strategic Plan for 2012-2014

Working Method:

• Activities on a voluntary basis for participants
• Correspondence using email reflector
• F2F(face-to-face) meeting during ASTAP Forums
