ITU-T Issues Working Group (ITU-T)

Objective:
The ITU-T Issues Group (ITU-T) was established to:

• Identify high-level and strategic ITU-T issues of interest to ASTAP members where regional cooperation and collaboration is likely to be of benefit to the Asia-Pacific region.
• Promote coordinated and harmonized regional inputs to high-level ITU-T meetings, including TSAG, WTSA and Plenipotentiary Conferences on identified issues.
• Promote outcomes at TSAG, WTSA and Plenipotentiary Conferences that benefit ASTAP members, APT administrations and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole.
• Exchange information between ASTAP members on high-level and strategic ITU-T issues on interest to ASTAP members.
