Asia Pacific Forum on Telecommunications Policy and Regulation

The Asia-Pacific Forum on Telecommunications Policy and Regulation was organized from 16 to 18 May, 2002 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  The theme of this years Forum is Regulation in the Era of Convergence.  The Forum was hosted by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.
