Tthe First Preparatory Meeting for Plenipotentiary Conference 2006 was held on 18 June 2005 in Singapore.

The ITU Plenipotentiary Conference is the top policy-making body of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the next conference is scheduled to take place in 2006 (PP-06). The First APT Preparatory Meeting for PP-06 discussed and established Working Groups, Working Procedure and Time Table etc. in preparation for PP-06.
