The APT Regional Workshop on Standardization

The APT Regional Workshop on Standardization will be held from 8 - 10 August 2006 at the Le Meridien Resort Hotel,Bali -Indonesia.

The objectives of the Workshop are:

to gain knowledge in the administration, the organization and the standardization activities of telecommunications in Japan
to gain knowledge on the Standardization for IP-based Network in Japan;
to gain knowledge on the Standardization activities for Disaster Management Communication System of the ITU and Japan;
to gain knowledge on Newest Trend of Standardization on Next Generation Network of ITU and Japan; and
to make proposals and the improvement on the standardization activities in the field of telecommunications in participants' countries
