The 3rd Meeting of the APT Conference Preparatory Group for WRC-2012 (APG2012-3)

The 3rd Meeting of the APT Conference Preparatory Group for WRC-2012 (APG2012-3) will be held from 08 - 12 March 2010. The meeting will be organized and hosted by the APT.
The APT Conference Preparatory Group for WRC-2012 is developing APT Common Views and Proposal for WRC-2012 Agenda Items. The objectives of APG2012-3 meeting are to reviews ITU-R studies related to WRC-12 Agenda Items and develop APT Preliminary Views on those Agenda Items.
All APT Members, Associate Members, Affiliate Members, Eligible Non-Members and International/Regional Organizations can attend the meetings by completing the Attendance Form. Kindly ensure that the office bearers of APG and experts from your administration/organization are included in your delegation. We also request you to encourage the participation of the concerned organizations of your country in the meeting which will help to develop the APT Preliminary Views on WRC-12 Agenda Items.
Participation of Non-Members: Non-Members can attend the meetings with “Observer” status by paying Registration Fee of US$ 250 per person. Non-Member participants under National Delegation are exempted from paying the Registration Fee upon submission of a letter of nomination signed by the responsible officer of the Administration. Above requirement does not apply to the host country participation. Please contact APT Secretariat for the payment methods of the Registration Fees.
Due to hotel reservation requeirements the closing date for registration is on 12 February 2010. Hotel reservation is not guranteed after this closing date.
Contributions from APT members, associate members, affiliate members, regional and international organization are welcome for the meetings. You are requested to use the proper document template for your contribution. Document templates for all meetings are available at the meeting website. Please carefully read the instructions written on the template. Please submit your contribution based on APG WP structure.
Contributions will be posted on APT Website prior to the starting of the meeting. Last date of receipt your contributions by APT Secretariat is Wednesday, 03 March 2010. Any input contribution for APG after this closing date will not be considered. To submit contributions and any information on the documentation, please contact:

In order to facilitate efficient meeting management and document handling process, APT encourages the use of electronic documents during the meeting. Electronic copies of the meeting documents will be available in softcopy as well as on line. Hardcopy of the documents will be provided only upon request. Members are encouraged to carry their Laptop computers for the meeting. A number of PCs and printers are also available at the meeting venue for use.
