Forum on IPTV Standards

The Forum on IPTV Standards will be held in Singapore from 8 to 10 February, 2010. The seminar is being organized by the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore with the support of the extra budgetary contribution from the Government of Japan.

The objective of the forum is to provide an opportunity to staff and engineers of telecommunications administrations and companies in the Asia-Pacific region to share information relevant to policymaking and related activities in the field of standardization of IPTV.

In the forum, the participants will discuss topics which include standardization activities in our members, overview of latest trends in IPTV in the countries with an IPTV service and a group discussion organized by a moderator and speakers mainly from private companies. Exhibitions given by our members are also being planned during the event.
