Introduction:

The main purpose of APT Coordination Group during RA-12 and WRC-12 is to coordinate and reflect APT Common Proposals and Views to the outcomes of RA-12 and WRC-12 effectively. The coordination meetings are organized in order to:

• ensure that APT Common Proposals on WRC Agenda Items are presented effectively
• ensure that APG participates actively in the relevant Working Groups and other meetings during RAs, WRCs and CPMs
• negotiate with other regional organizations with the objective of promoting consensus building and developing common understanding on issues

The detail procedures of the coordination acitivities can be found in Document APG2012-5/INP-120 which was adopted by the APG2012-5 Meeting.

Email Reflector:

An email reflector (apt-wrc12@apt.int) has been created to communicate among the delegates during RA-12 and WRC-12. If you are interested to join the reflector please send your name and email address to aptapg@apt.int or contact Mr. Parvez at the meeting venue (Email: parvez@apt.int). Using the email reflector delegates will be able to discuss the relevant topics among the members.
